This is the same problem reported at
https://www.biostars.org/p/494922/
Instead of the LD_LIBRARY_PATH workaround I mentioned above, it’s probably better to do
conda install -n mfix-21.1.1 tbb=2020.1
which fixes the problem without requiring LD_LIBRARY_PATH every time you start MFIX
