Something is not right here. In output.txt I see

gfortran                  12.2.0              h8acd90e_12    conda-forge
gfortran_impl_linux-64    12.2.0              h55be85b_19    conda-forge

the 12.2.0 version. I can’t understand why Without_module-load-mpi.txt says

-- The Fortran compiler identification is GNU 4.8.5

I think you may have accidentally loaded some module which is overriding the conda-forge installed compiler.

Make sure this environment is activated and no other GCC modules are loaded.
