I am a PhD student working on multiphase flow systems. My current research is to simulate single particle flow in an infinite medium of fluid using Direct Numerical Simulations so as to quanitfy the instabilities generated due to the movement of particle. I need to use MFiX in particular the DEM model for particulate flows.
