Cylinder.mfx is a generic input deck having parameters: t1, t2, t3, t4, t5 and x1. These are used to generate the design of experiments using nodeworks.

t1: Pressure linear scale factor (P0)
t2: Exponential factor (beta)
t3: Statistical weight
t4: Void fraction at maximum packing (ep_star)
t5: solids slip velocity factor (mppic_velfac_coeff)
x1: Ratio of inlet velocity to minimum fluidization velocity (U/Umf)

The contents under this sub-folder are as follows:

1. Folders 1000000-1000119 are the run directories corresponding to the sampling locations in the same order.
2. Cylinder.mfx - Template mfix file for generating the simulation campaign.
3. geometry.stl - Geometry file generated using procedural method in MFiX.
4. geometry_0003.stl - Same as above.
5. OLH_n120_i3_Sep2021.csv - Sampling locations for running the simulation campaign.
6. Postprocessing.py - Postprocessing python script to generate mean and standard deviation values from P1.csv, P2.csv, P3.csv and P4.csv files in subfolders 1000000 - 100119.
7. runjob.mfix - Run script for queue submission.
8. src - Folder containing the built executable with the user drag subroutine.
