Can an externally defined mesh be used in MFIX?

My cyclone simulations need to have fine-meshing or inflation layer near the walls, and I was wondering:

  1. How to have inflation layer near the walls (like in ANSYS)?

  2. If not, then can I use an externally created mesh file inside MFIX?

  3. Also, are there wall-functions that can account for the fluid-wall frictional interactions?

NO STL file from AUTOCAD is identficable. but the file Filename Extension should be lowercase.
