Can i generate the mesh without the cut cell in a cylinder or a import stl?

I want to use the boundary BC_JJ_PS, but i find that it is works for 2D rectangle or 3D cuboid(no cut cell). I want to use the boundary in a imported stl with some complicated geometry, how can i achieve this?
