MFIX 20.4.0 Install Error Installation

Hello. I follow the documentation to install MFIX 20.4.0 but failed. 2.1. Windows Installation — MFiX 20.4-dev documentation I refreshed my download webpage for several times but it didn’t work. Here’s the error message from my anaconda prompt. Thank you so much for the help!
