Nodeworks-19.1 and MFiX-19.2 for a case with Chemical Reactions.

  1. There is no species.inc file in the new folder generated by nodeworks
  2. The DES_END and DES_RXNS tags are automatically changed to END and RXNS in the mfx file generated by nodeworks.

Thanks for the bug report (https://mfix.netl.doe.gov/gitlab/tools/nodeworks/issues/90). We will try to get it fixed in the next point release.

species.inc is only need during compile time. Can you attach the base model?
