DEM particle mass inlet

Hello, researcher. I am studying MFiX-Exa because my case involves a large number of particles, and the MFiX computation speed is too slow. My question is about how to set up the DEM particle mass inlet in MFiX-Exa. By reading the MFiX-Exa documentation, I found that the DEM particle mass inlet seems to require Embedded Boundaries. I have used them, but the simulation results show no particle injection. What is the reason, and how should I modify it.

Another issue is that I am unable to upload the relevant files generated using GUI functionality.

I recommend checking out some of the forum posts that cover DEM boundary setup. There are a number of short threads where users ran into similar issues with mass inflow boundary condition behavior, and they give good pointers on how MFIX-Exa handles DEM inlet/outlet definitions. Those examples can help clarify why certain boundary conditions only work once another BC is added.
