“DT < DT_MIN. Recovery not possible” in the 3D TFM model

I used MFIX-21.4 to simulate fluidized bed, and there was no problem in 2d simulation, but when I changed the model into 3D, “DT < Dt_min. Recovery not possible” appeared. I know that means that there’s no convergence, And also, in accordance with the user manual at https://mfix.netl.doe.gov/doc/mfix/21.4/html/reference/faq.html#what-do-i-do-if-a-run-does-not-converge But it still doesn’t solve the problem. Any useful help will be appreciated.

I’m seeing a bunch of these warnings:

Velocity exceeds limit:   25.000
in cell: I =    7   J =   28   K =    4
 Epg =  0.41729     Ug = -0.56640E-09 Vg =   25.895     Wg =  -6.0625
To change the limit, adjust the scale factor MAX_INLET_VEL_FAC.
