Was this file edited outside the GUI? Looks like it is missing the units keyword. Try manually adding units = 'si' to the .mfx file. 8.3.1. Run Control — MFiX 19.2.0 documentation

Yes this file C3M export and I changed the file name …dat to …mfx and open this file GUI and type other parameters. How can I add manually. ?

Looks like C3M does not generate runnable project files as it is missing many keywords/ICs/etc. Did you mange to get this project running?
