Error on boundary condition

Could anybody tell me what this error I am getting means?

ERROR mod_bc_j.f:94
Error 1100: Cannot locate flow plane for boundary condition 2.
J South = 8 J North = 8
I West = 19 K Bottom = 11
The following should contain a wall cell and fluid cell:
IJK 2864 :: .01
IJPK 2865 :: .01
Maybe no IC was specified for the fluid cell.

It means that the solver can not find a fluid cell that has a wall in the area that you specified for the region. So make sure your region has a fluid cell in it.
