Hi, Developers
I met this error when i try to opening mfix 23.2,but when i try to change the version to mfix 21.1.4,mfix 20.1.2,i can open mifx success.
I try to update the version of numpy,，iBut I still can’t open it.
ImportError: DLL load failed while importing _mt19937
OS version:win11
I’ve never seen this error before. Can you please go to the main menu, select “Submit bug report” and upload the ZIP file?
When I tried to open it(MFix23.2), the image (I attached it below) flashed and then these error prompts appeared.
Can you please run (with the mfix-23.2 environment activated) these three commands, and copy/paste the output here:
(mfix-23.2) mfixversioninfo
(mfix-23.2) conda info
(mfix-23.2) conda list

This thread has gotten confusing, as there are now two separate errors under discussion.
@PoorWesley posted about an error on Windows, ‘DLL Load failed’. Then @MFIX_LYP added a comment about an unrelated problem on CentOS 7. Please don’t do this! - it creates confusion and extra work for us who are doing support.
