I am wondering what the unit of heat flux is. In Mfix software, the unit is K/m. I don’t know what this unit stands for?

In this case, the help text for “Constant flux” says:
T is a temperature, with units of Kelvin. We are taking a spatial derivative (n is a normal vector, with units of meter) so the units for dT/dn comes out to Kelvin/meter.
