Increase the value of MAX_INLET_VEL_FAC. It may help with intermediate velocity values that exceed the boundary value. The key is available on the Numerics pane under Advanced. You an also find it using the search feature accessed via the question mark (?).

How does MAX_INLET_VEL_FAC work?

From my experience, if you are exceeding MAX_INLET_VEL_FAC then something is probably wrong. Check your setup, BCs, mesh (small cells), chemistry, etc… If you really think that the velocity is correct, then you can change MAX_INLET_VEL_FAC.
