How to enable model B

Hello,everyone!
I don’t know why my Model B option is grayed out, how can I select it?
I would also like to know how to set parameters such as particle elasticity coefficient and recovery coefficient,I hope someone can help me with this, thank you very much!

In MFiX, when options are not available (greyed out), there is usually a tooltip message explaining why. (Hover with the mouse over the greyed-out item to see the message).

In this case, the message should say “Not available for DEM model”, but due to a bug in the code, it says “XXX model” (see attached screenshot). This message will be corrected in the 23.3 release. But the “Model B” momentum is not available for DEM simulations.

But the DEM simulation in this literature shows that Model B can be used, and why?

What’s the source for that citation?

The citation sources for the paper are:YANG Jianmeng,LI Bin,WANG Hongyuan,et al. Numerical simulation of gas-solid two-phase flow characteristics based on MFIX open source program[J].Journal of Power Engineering,2020,40(07):564-570.DOI:10.19805/j.cnki.jcspe.2020.07.007.
And what I show is the “Model B” momentum is not available for CGP simulations.
