I want to check the moisture content and drying rate during the simulation, could you please tell me how can I perform this simulation in MFiX, this can be solved by the scalar. please guide me.
You did not attach your files, so I can only give a general answer.
Moisture content should be a species mass fraction for H2O species. You should be able to set up a monitor for this.
If “drying” is one of your defined reactions, then “drying rate” should be reaction rate for this reaction.
In the MFiX, scalar term is in list. What is the function of it?
If i want to define MC suppose 25% in the solid material which is set in the bed region then where have to applied it.
If i have to define new source term and modified the governing equation then what have to do it.?
Can i add other functions like UDF function then how does it works?
