How to get the mass flux

HI ,everyone :


as the picture shows ,the particles fall from top to bottom . now my problem is how to get mass flow rate of particles through a face ? and how to get the average volume fraction within one cubic volume ?

   The upper and lower surfaces of the computational domain are periodic boundary conditions。
   I  run the mfix-18.1 in the win-7 .

At this time, there is no built-in capability to collect solids mass fluxes from DEM or PIC solids. You would either need to write a UDF that collects this data or calculate it from post-processing VTP data files.

For the average volume fraction in a region, you can create a monitor as described in the online documentation.
