How to implement Lees-Edwards boundary condition for MFIX-DEM?

Hi, I am Yaxiong Yu. The simple shear flow are frequently used to study the gas-solid flow, but the Lees-Edwards boundary condition is not available in mfix-dem. I tried to write the cold, but the particles across the L-E boundary would have different position compare with that across the ordinary periodic boundary. This make the work very hard.

Had anyone implemented this boundary condition? I will be very grateful If you can share the code.

I found that the mfix-2012.1 version has the Lees-Edwards code, but the subroutine code was not called in any other code. can someone tell me if the Lees-Edwards work in the mfix-2012.1? and where should the sub been called ?
