I want to set the initial material bed region inclined of specific degrees, I do not want to rotate the imported model, how can I do that? Thank you.

You can possibly do this by making an .stl, or perhaps by building (and rotating) a slightly oversized Procedural geometry - though I haven’t tried the latter myself.
Thank you, I worry that due to the geometry structure, if I incline it in cad software, the inlet and outlet tubes would be elongated to unrealistic extent. The inlet outlet, material bed and inclination angle are shown as follows.
You may achieve your objective by decomposing your gravity force into two relevant dimensions.
