HTTP 403 Error Installing MFiX on windows

Hello Guys,

when trying to install Mfix in windows this error occurs. Appreciate any help on this.

Firstly, we would prefer if you didn’t post the download codes here in the forum.
Secondly, these codes have a built-in expiration, so you may need to get a new code from the download page (you must be a registered user to access this).
Finally, if a new code does not work, post the output of “conda info” here.

Already tried installing it again and the same error appears both on my laptop and PC.

I don’t know how to tell if I’m a registered user but what I do after logging-in is go to products>MFiX download then the instructions of how to download and install appears.

If you’re using a fresh download code and still getting a 403, I’m not sure what the issue is. Arw you behind a web proxy of some sort?

Your right about having some kind of web proxy, not really sure what it is, but when I used another way of connecting to the internet the installation was a success.
