Why is my interface doing this? There are a lot of things missing in my directory, like solids,IC,BC,PS,IS and numerics etc. Please help me.

You are in “SMS” mode which means “Segregated Mesher/Solver”. In this mode, you generate and check the quality of the mesh before going on to run the simulation. After the mesh is accepted, the other options are enabled.
If you don’t like this mode, disable it under “Settings” in the main menu:
