Thanks, @jeff.dietiker. I will try simulation in DMP because SMP at 60 cores is taking a lot of time.

Everything was running smoothly, I also implemented parallel computing but I got some new errors. I ran the simulation twice and the simulation aborts in a few seconds. The setup is the same as what you suggested to me without any changes. The solution is converging well but now this is a new error.
The error message is " Primary job terminated normally, but 1 process returned
a non-zero exit code. Per user direction, the job has been aborted."
Can you please look over why is this happening?

Hello @jeff.dietiker @cgw , I have tried to run the simulation several times but the error is still persistent. Any help or suggestions is highly appreciated from your end.
Please try to run with ideal gas law see if this helps.
