It takes long time to build the solver in win10 os

hello everyone, I find it takes much more time to build the solver in win10 OS than that in the linux OS.
for example: it takes almost the 10 minutes to build the solver in parallel, wilhe it may takes only 1minutes to finish in linux. Is it normal?

You might be caching the build in linux, making it faster by not compile the files if nothing changed.

That being said, I am not surprised. Windows doesn’t like lots of small files.
