I am learning the DEM docement attached on the official website dem_doc_2012-1.pdf (doe.gov). I am not sure is there an expression for eq. (8) in the following figure. Thank you.
The three equations 6,7,8 show the time evolution for the position, linear and angular momentum, as the text states. I think the label (8) is just an irrelevant typo, you can ignore it. (This is an older document so I don’t expect it to be fixed)
