On this tuto, I also could not get the GSP to generate the glued spheres because the “mesh decimation” is by default ON and looks like when OFF, it generates the glued spheres.
Sorry Eric, I don’t completely understand your question here. Which case are you running? When I bring up the “Glued sphere” popup it looks like this
