What MFiX version is this? We released 22.1.1 yesterday.
- I tried 21.4~22.1.1, but they all had the same problem.
What hardware are you installing on?
28 cores, 56 threads, E54650v4, 64G core graphics card, 1T mechanical hard disk.
Hi, Yu, I met the same question like that, did you solved that question? I don’t know what to do now.
This seems to be more of an issue with VTK than with MFiX. You may find some useful information on the VTK forums. I see some users struggling with similar issues, eg
You might try posting on that forum. Good luck!
(Also there is now an MFiX 22.2, have you tried that?)

Thanks, Charles. I found a problem with my computer’s graphics card, I fixed it and then everything works fine.
Hi Dr. Chen, I had the same issue in my desktop. I assume it is also caused by my graphics card. May I request a little help from you? I would like to know how to fix the graphics card. Many thanks.
When I was in remote control, I found that the remote computer directly generated a virtual graphics card, so the error happened. Later, I set the remote computer to not generate a virtual graphics card, and everything ran normally.
Thank you, Dr. Chen. I’ll give it a try.
Excuse me, has the problem been solved? I also encountered the same problem and could not find the cause of the error
