Reference pressure is zero Pa.
I wonder if there is possibility to compute negative pressure or to change the reference pressure.

Yes you can change the reference pressure.

You can search for controls in MFiX by clicking the ‘spyglass’ icon:
then I searched for ‘reference’

The key p_ref is what you are looking for. Click Locate control and you will be led to the window where you can set it:
