Much less bed expansion in PIC compared to TFM, fine particles

Hi all,
I am doing a comparison of TFM and PIC, but find that my current PIC setup having much less bed expansion than TFM for similar geometry and drag model, in addition to the general flow in the bed. One perhaps obvious culprit could be the statistical weight which is much higher than the recommended 10 - for now I have been trying in the order of 10000, but I don’t see it stated anywhere that this actually is too high either. The main reason keeping it this high is that the mesh is still rather coarse, and I don’t see any other way to make it run faster. Should also add that I’m quite new to setting up PIC simulations, as opposed to TFM.

The particles are 73µm, and using Gidaspow Blend drag model.

The question is if the statistical weight really is the problem, or something else? Setup file included.
