When simulate chemical reactions with Particles in different size (such as biomass different in size but same in Species), the user need to re-define each species for each sized particle. If I want to simulate 3 different sized biomass particles each with 4 same species, I need to define 3x4 types of species instead of just 4. To simulate only 4 species, you need to set all biomass particles (with different size) in one solid phase. You need to provide the size of each biomass particle through the file: particle_input.dat
