I am working on a circulating fluidized bed gasifier. This part is a cyclone. I saw a problem when I try meshing.
I tried different ways (also using control points for the meshing) but I didn’t solve that gap which is shown picture.

You need to add some thickness to the outlet.

I came across your post from April 2020 regarding the meshing problem you encountered with the cyclone in your circulating fluidized bed gasifier (CFBR) simulation. I’m currently facing a very similar issue, where there is a gap in the mesh that I can’t seem to resolve despite trying different control points and other adjustments.
I was wondering if you were able to solve this problem and, if so, could you share how you managed to fix it? Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!
