Server error in creating new mfix environment for 19.3 and older versions

Hi, using the install token command from the website I keep getting the below server error message…? I’ve tried installing older versions like 19.2.2 where I saw the same issue in an old thread that was resolved, but still no luck. I tried erasing browser cache, logging out and back in, refreshing token, turning internet connection off and on…

conda create -n mfix-19.3.0 mfix=19.3.0 mfix-doc=19.3.0 mfix-gui=19.3.0 mfix-solver=19.3.0 mfix-src=19.3.0 -c https://mfix.netl.doe.gov/s3/83543452/15030788b6816420cb6015864e180f9c/conda/dist

A 500-type error (e.g. 500, 501, 502, 503, etc.) indicates the server failed to
fulfill a valid request. The problem may be spurious, and will resolve itself if you
try your request again. If the problem persists, consider notifying the maintainer
of the remote server.

Hi Kaylee. I’m reviewing unreplied forum posts. Did you manage to find a solution to your installation problems? Have you tried version 20?
