Simulate particle-fluid flow from horizontal pipe to another small pipe vertical installed in the upside of the horizontal one

Hello,
I would like to ask how I can create a flow from a horizontal pipe to another small pipe in the upper side of the horizontal pipe! Please see attached image that shows the geometry of my model.
