Spherical coordinate

Hello,

I want to benchmark Mfix against a published work to model phase change inside a sphere. However, I found that MFIX does not support spherical coordinates. Is there anyway to model? Some terms must be added to the polar/radial and thermal energy equations.

As you stated, MFiX does not support spherical coordinates.

However, in rectangular coordinates, you can model a sphere as an STL surface, but it will be composed of many triangles. If the mesh is fine enough, this may be adequate.
