"Still not cool" Message

I get “still not cool” message between time steps:

What does it mean?

That was a low class debug message to this developer that should have been removed before the code was released. It means that a parcel has moved illegally and cannot be corrected and therefore will be deleted. It is likely because the time step is too large and a parcel has moved to far in one time step.

Would it be possible to decrease time step automatically based on this error/message similar to non-convergence time step correction?

Adjusting the parcel time-step size and sub-cycling (if needed) was investigated, but it was usually over restrictive. For many applications, you can approximate a maximum parcel speed based on inlet conditions and use that to inform your choice when setting the maximum fluid time step size.
