Turbulent flow simulation crashing : Need help and suggestion

Hello, I am trying to simulate a turbulent flow for this Ellipta inhaler based on these two papers with k-epsilon turbulence model. But it is blowing up even with small time step. I am attaching the zipped bug report. Kindly have a look at it and let me know how I can make it work. This geometry worked fine with Laminar flow. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks,

Any update or advice on this ? The boundary conditions, initial conditions all are set up correctly. Please advice so that I can make this case work.

This is not a crash, it’s a convergence failure. Have you read the FAQ entry

which covers non-convergence?
