Unphysical Field Variables (Mass Fractions > 1.000)

Hello Developers,

I’m running into a situation where my current simulation, which is to model chemical looping combustion, produces errors about unphysical field variables (specifically for mass fraction). I’ve looked into adjusting some of the simulation parameters and numerics, as well as looked into similar threads created on the forum but the error persists! I don’t have any of the reactions I seek to model currently enabled, as I’d like to simulate its “basic” form before increasing its difficulty. However, I’ve run out of ideas, and the threads I’ve looked into detail strategies that I’ve already implemented. Any insight you could provide would be much appreciated!

Update: I realized that the zip file I’ve included DOES NOT include all relevant information (i.e., a few of the reactions were deleted from the “.mfx” file). However, I believe I’ve figured out a (temporary) solution. I had swapped the temporal discretization from IE to CN, and upon reverting it to IE made the error disappear
