What is the ic_gama_rs used for?

how to use the radiation coefficient and the radiation temperation in the IC?
And that is the specific meaning of the ic_gama_rs, why the unit is W/m2K?
can you give me an example?

W/m² is a typical unit of radiant flux density - watts emitted per square meter of enclosing surface. The additional K in the denominator indicates that in this model, radiant flux is a linear function of absolute temperature. IC_GAMA_RS is the proportionality factor.
