Hello, I have recently been conducting simulations of the mass transfer process between gas and particles in a fluidized bed, with heat transfer excluded from the model. The fluidized bed reactor contains two types of particles: inert particles and active particles. The inlet feed of the reactor is nitrogen gas with a small amount of water vapor, and the active particles are supposed to absorb the water vapor at the inlet. However, the simulation results show that the water vapor cannot be absorbed and is directly blown out of the reactor.
