add diameter dist inputs to table of users guide section

Add the missing keywords for particle diameter distributions to the table in the user guide section and reference the distributions page in the reference section. This seemed preferable to removing b/c the density distributions are different and not mentioned in the reference section.

The hyper reference isn't working, not sure what I'm missing.
