Please turn off the cell re-indexing, it is broken at the moment and we are looking into it.
The purpose of re-indexing would be to remove unused (blocked) cells. A square 2D volume like this would leave zero such unused cells, so no need for reindexing.
Looking at your mesh it does have a significant jump in cell size and aspect ratios. Did you get this to work at all? I would recommend to have fewer in the x-direction, and spend these savings to even out in y-direction, if your geometry is really 7cm wide and 10m tall.
