When seeking help, please attach your project files. Use “Bug report” in the main menu to generate a .zip file containing all files needed to run your project as well as logs and diagnostic information.

If you are experiencing problems running a DMP or SMP simulation, try running the same project in serial mode.
If you have custom code (UDFs), try compiling the code with “Build type” set to “Debug”.
