I am afraid there is not enough information. What did you change exactly between the case that ran and the one that fails? How soon does it fail? Looks like you are using MFiX 21.3.2. Prior to 22.1.1 there could be cases where the Cp was not defined properly and it could be set to zero if the temperature exceeded the Thigh value and all High coeffs were set to zero.
The best I can suggest is to use 22.1.1 release and check that the Cps for all species are defined properly (you can plot cp vs. temperature from the GUI).
