Bug in "Enable array re-indexing"

Dear researchers,
When I check the “Enable array re-indexing”,the solver will crash.
Would you tell me how to solve this bug?

I think this is because re-indexing requires to use use non-rectangular geometries. The GUI should not have enabled the re-indexing option in your case.

Thanks for your reply.
But the two “box” in the region is not computational domain.
If the “Enable array re-indexing” is not be checked, the two “box” will participate iteration.

If they are set as NSW (no-slip-wall), they will not be set as fluid cells and won’t be part of the fluid domain.
