Can I get the same instantaneous results if I simulate the same CASE? I tried to simulate it twice but I get different transient results, why is that?
Yes it is not only possible but very highly likely to occur. In multiphase flow you should not expect to get perfectly identical results with repeated runs, due to the chaotic nature of the flow.
You should not compare snap shots but time-averaged quantities (bed height, pressure drop etc.).
