Coexistence of cyclic and mass inflow boundary conditions in y direction

Hi, everyone

Is it possible to set cyclic boundary condition and mass inflow boundary condition in y direction at same time for CFD-DEM simulation? I have done some try but all failed. It seems no other boundary conditions should be specified once cyclic condition has been set in the same direction. So, can you please give me some suggestions on how to make material cycle in the same direction of inlet gas flow? As i know, in TFM simulation, for Filter Method, cyclic and mass inflow boundary conditions can be set in the same direction.

This cannot be done. Cyclic BC means whatever comes out of one side (say the top plane) must come in from the other side (here the bottom plane). We cannot impose mass inlet on any of these top or bottom planes.
