Computational divergence due to mesh

Dear developer,
I want to simulate a reactor base on CGP model, but the calculation always diverges. I am not sure why. This question has been bothering me for a week.
Could you help me check it? Thank you very much!

mfix-22.4.3,not 22.3.4

I cannot start your simulation. You have set the Cp to be computed based on species mixture, but you did not define species. Please fix or attach the setup that diverges

Sorry, are you referring to the specific heat capacity of fluids and solids? The new calculation file has been uploaded, thanks!

Thanks, yes this is what I was referring to. You may need to adjust some of the meshing parameters. I increased the “normal distance tolerance” to 0.01 and it seems to run better.

Yes, it can run, amazing! So cool! And is there any meshing strategy can be referred to, thanks!

emmm, it diverges at 0.92s

Please try the attached. I extended the stl geometry in the z-direction to get better intersection and set wall BCs along zmin and zmax planes. This one ran to completion for me.

OK, thank you very much!!!
