(DEM) Process exit C:\Anaconda3\... and particle allocation problem

I saw a two different problem when I tried to run my simulations:

First one is Process exit problem: (This .stl file is solid body)

Blockquote
RE-INDEXING IS TURNED OFF.
INTERSECTING GEOMETRY WITH SCALAR CELLS…
MFiX running: elapsed time 0:00:00
Process exit C:\Anaconda3\envs\mfix-19.3.1\Scripts\mfixsolver.exe -s -f D:\New folder (2)\050220\gasification\gasification.mfx
Previous MFiX run is resumable. Reset job to edit model
MFiX process has stopped

Second one is particle generation and allocation problem:(This .stl file is thin walled body)

When I try run this simulation, I saw particles and fluids is located very unacceptably.

Could you help me what is my problem when I modelling to DEM simulation?

Even I have same problem, is it resolved?
Im receiving same error while I try to do example problem.

import from stl is a problem for MFiX. (Maybe I don’t know how can I draw better stl)

You can try “flip normals” on geometry tab.

Hello!
I have the same problem. Do you have a solution now?

The vortex finder wall thickness is much smaller than the grid spacing. You will need to substantially refine the mesh and/or increase the wall thickness to get a chance to mesh. There are also some stretched triangles that could cause some meshing issue.
