ERROR STOP division by zero

I am tring to simulate a CFD-DEM case in MFIX-21.1.3. When it run fluids, the error occurs.
Is it becasue the particle position coincide too much?

You have duplicate particles in the particle_input.dat file. Delete them from the file and it should help.
