Fatal Error: Unphysical field variables detected. gas temperature lower than 250℃

Hi peers, I want to simulate heat transfer in a two-staged spout fluidized bed. However, it always report the following error at 0.7 s.
Fatal Error: Unphysical field variables detected.

Did you inspect the mesh? Looks like the mesh is too coarse to resolve the baffles.
